How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
We offer standard and express shipping across the UK. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days, while express orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.
Can I return a skateboard if I've already used it?
We can only accept returns on items in brand new, resaleable condition. Once a skateboard has been gripped, skated, or shows signs of wear, it is no longer eligible for a return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a board building service?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings in a single order, we can assemble the complete board for you at no extra cost. Just leave a note at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
How do I know what size skateboard deck I need?
Deck size is largely down to personal preference, but generally, wider boards (8.25" and up) offer more stability for transition, while narrower boards (7.75" to 8.125") are lighter for technical street skating.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the UK and Europe. For international inquiries outside of these zones, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
